Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
Environmental technology (envirotech), green technology (greentech), or clean technology (cleantech) is the application of one or more of environmental science, green chemistry, environmental monitoring, and electronic devices to monitor, model, and conserve the natural environment and resources, and to curb the negative impacts of human involvement. The term is also used to describe sustainable energy generation technologies such as photovoltaics, wind turbines, bioreactors, etc. Sustainable development is the core of environmental technologies. The term environmental technologies are also used to describe a class of electronic devices that can promote sustainable management of resources.
We design Fabricate, Supply, Erection and Commissioning Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) for treating sewage generated by Industry, large colonies, Hotels, Hospitals, IT Parks, and commercial buildings.
Nowadays the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) became a statutory requirement of all the State Pollution Control Boards, everybody, whether Hotelier or Industrialist were looking for an economical, easy-to-install, and operate compact type Sewage Treatment Plant. Since the land is extremely expensive, very few industries could afford the large treatment units as recommended by most of the Consultants.
We are being pioneers in the IoT-based waste-water treatment plant, which can self-learn and suggest/ procure service/ maintenance requirements; which will eventually reduce operation and maintenance cost being in line with smooth operation.
Effluent treatment plant(ETP)
Multiple-Effect Evaporator(MEE)
Effluent treatment plant cleans industrial effluents, contaminated water from rivers and lakes, and so on just to reuse the water for additional purposes. Along such lines, water is reutilized and sustained. Such gushing treatment ensures that any contaminant will be expelled from the water making it reusable. It is mostly used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, textiles, tanneries, and chemicals where there is a chance of extreme water contamination. Nevertheless, how this treatment will be applied may vary from industry to industry.
Such treatment plant ensures that the contaminated and polluted water from industries get treated and become reusable before being released back to nature. Without this treatment, it won’t be possible for humans to get clean usable water for household chores.
A Multiple-Effect Evaporator is an apparatus for efficiently using heat from steam to evaporate water. In a multiple-effect evaporator, water is boiled in a sequence of vessels, each held at a lower pressure than the last. Because the boiling temperature of water decreases as pressure decreases, the vapor boiled off in one vessel can be used to heat the next, and only the first vessel (at the highest pressure) requires an external source of heat and thus saves energy and overall operational cost.
MEE is widely used for product concentration and has now been used for the recovery of water from wastewater which can be reused for industrial operations thus reducing overall freshwater demand of the industry-leading zero liquid discharge and sustainable development.
The Reverse Osmosis Plant is widely used for the removal of dissolved chemical impurities from brackish & seawater. Reverse osmosis is the process of forcing a solvent from a region of high dissolved solids concentration through a membrane to a region of low dissolved solids concentration by applying pressure above the osmotic pressure. The semi-permeable membranes used for reverse osmosis have a dense polymer barrier layer in which separation takes place.
